Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. As the Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will play a key role in driving project success and delivering high-quality IT services and consulting solutions to our clients across France and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Ensure project objectives are clearly defined and aligned with business goals.
  • Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring all tasks are completed as scheduled. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and communication among team members. Ensure that roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Conduct regular reviews and testing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. Ensure transparency and effective communication throughout the project.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT services or technology sector. Experience managing projects related to emerging technologies, Green IT, and Ethical AI is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating project teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Ethical Standards: Commitment to ethical practices and sustainability. Familiarity with Green IT and Ethical AI principles is advantageous.
